Roles and scope

When Listyiler processes personal data contained in content submitted by a customer for the purpose of providing the service, the customer generally determines the purpose of that processing and Listyiler processes the data on the customer’s instructions, subject to applicable law and the service agreement.

Processing activities

• Hosting, storing, retrieving, and transmitting customer content.
• Processing prompts, product information, images, and other inputs to provide requested features.
• Providing account administration, support, monitoring, backups, and service recovery.
• Protecting the service against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats.

Security measures

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service and the information processed. These safeguards are designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.

Service providers and subprocessors

Listyiler may engage third-party service providers to support infrastructure, storage, communications, analytics, payment processing, security, and other operational functions. We evaluate providers and apply contractual protections appropriate to the services they perform.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across borders, Listyiler uses transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Deletion and return

Customer data is retained according to the service lifecycle, account settings, contractual commitments, backup requirements, and applicable law. Where supported, customers may request deletion or export of data associated with their account.

Data-subject requests

Where Listyiler processes personal data on behalf of a customer, we may provide reasonable assistance to help the customer respond to valid data-subject requests, taking into account the nature of the processing and the functionality available in the service.
